TARBORO, NC – A new potato-focused business is planning to debut in downtown Tarboro. Hot Potatoes, a pop up and caterer that his been serving the area since 2024 is opening a brick at mortar at 101 E Church St, Tarboro, NC 27886, co-owner Robert McBride told Business Debut. McBride owns the business with his fiance Jennifer Brown and business partner Genia Llyons.

Curry Pizza House X Hidden Tap and Barrel

KERNERSVILLE, NC – Curry Pizza House X Hidden Tap and Barrell is planning a new location at 1715 Welden Village Avenue, Kernersville, NC 27284. Franchisees Kenny Patel and Maulik Parikh told Business Debut the restaurant is targeting a July or August opening as construction and permitting move forward.

GREENSBORO, NC — A new taco concept called Solo Taco is planned for the Revolution Mill mixed-use development in Greensboro. Partner Idris Aksoy told Business Debut the restaurant will open within the same complex as Cugino Forno at 1160 Revolution Mill Dr, Greensboro, NC 27405, though the exact address for Solo Taco within the development is still to be announced.

Fenian's Keep Irish Pub

CHARLOTTE, NC Fenian's Keep Irish Pub has soft opened at 423 East 36th Street Unit A, Charlotte, NC 28205, with a grand opening planned for March 28, owner Kyle Musumeci told Business Debut. The bar quietly opened on March 13 as the team begins welcoming guests and getting a feel for the neighborhood. Musumeci said the concept is designed as a neighborhood-focused Irish-inspired pub serving drinks only.

RALEIGH, NC Pardrea's Sports Bar is preparing to open at 330 Tryon Rd, Raleigh, NC 27603, with owner Michael Phillips targeting a first week of April debut pending final state approvals. Phillips told Business Debut the team received its certificate of occupancy on February 26th and is currently waiting on paperwork needed to finalize alcohol permits.

Owner and dentist Ifaz Parvez confirmed that they have taken over the space, renovated the office, and anticipate opening this summer. Dr. Parvez has another location in Sanford, NC. He emphasize that Perle Dental "always treats everybody with the best care possible."

CARY, NC A new Indian fine dining restaurant called Reserve is targeting an early April opening at 137 Weston Parkway, Cary, NC 27513. Ownership told Business Debut the team is nearing the final stages of renovations. Reserve is designed as a full-service dining experience centered around an elevated Indian concept with a wellness theme. The interior will feature three distinct sections highlighting themes of meditation, nature, and Indian cultural traditions.
