La Pizza Party (Downtown/South Slope)

What: Latin-leaning pies, smash burgers, wings + nightlife Thu–Sat with dancing and late-night slices.
Status: Grand opening is today, Friday, Oct. 31. Open daily; full menu to 9 p.m., late-night pizza on party nights.

Eggs Rancheros Kitchen (South Slope)

What: Breakfast/lunch spot with a likely Mexican/Mex-American tilt (not yet confirmed by ownership).

Georgie’s Bunker (West Asheville)

What: Upscale, wood-fired Mexican concept.

Slava Cafe & Bakery (Downtown)

Where: 37 Wall St, Asheville, NC 28801
What: Ukrainian breakfast/lunch café and bakery—borscht, cabbage rolls, plov, deruny, syrnyky, pastries, breads; GF/vegan options. Planned hours: Wed–Sun, 7 a.m.–3 p.m.
Timeline: Targeting ~six weeks from Oct. 28 (mid-December), pending inspections.
