What to expect: Spanish tapas with daily plate specials in a ~50-seat dining room plus limited outdoor seating. Karaoke, comedy nights, and flamenco Fridays.

What to expect: Full-service ramen bar inspired by Ginza street culture. Cozy setting.

Menu highlights: 18-hour tonkotsu and chicken broths; gyoza, takoyaki, onigiri.

Portofino Fresh Market — Edgewater (Miami)

Address: 2200 NE 2 Ave, Miami, FL 33137

Status: Aiming to open by end of December.

What to expect: Compact fresh market with deli, bakery, coffee, grab-and-go, and a hot bar; ~45 outdoor seats.

Menu highlights: Boar’s Head, fresh-baked breads, wraps, sandwiches, and hot plates made in-house.

Hours: Planned daily 7 a.m.–12 p.m., with hopes to expand to 24-hour service.

Long Island Bagel Cafe — Coral Springs

Address: 6240 Coral Ridge Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33076

Status: Opening May 2026 after a full rebuild; ~100 seats.

What to expect: Hand-rolled bagels, chopped-salad bar, bakery, and catering; indoor/outdoor seating.

Menu highlights: Tuna salad, cranberry chicken salad, Asian chicken salad, egg salad with mushroom; Roast Beef Royale and Big Bird sandwiches; black-and-white cookies and French toast bagel.
