6 Mix is Bringing Indian and Mediterranean Flavors to Peachtree Corners

A new concept blending Indian and Mediterranean cuisine is coming to Peachtree Corners, with two more locations on the way, owner Marbur Rahman shared with Business Debut. The Peachtree Corners location is planning to open on July 8th at 3230 Medlock Bridge Rd Suite, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092.

6 Mix offers a build-your-own-bowl experience where guests can create custom dishes or choose from preset options. The name “6 Mix” reflects the six partners and the diverse regions they highlight on the menu — India, Bangladesh, Nepal, UAE and USA. 6 Mix also has the tagline of “Taste is in the Mix”.

Rahman’s goals for the restaurant are to provide (1) tasty comfort food, (2) bold, distinctive flavors, and (3) affordable prices with most dishes ranging between $8 and $12. Healthy options will also be available.

If all goes as planned, 6 Mix will have three Greater Atlanta locations by the end of the year. The Peachtree Corners location opens July 8, followed by one at 1184 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, in mid-August, and a third in Atlanta’s Midtown area toward the end of Q4.

Rahman and his partners, seasoned restaurateurs behind Sizzling Spices (Woodstock and Gainesville), Moon Indian Cuisine (Alpharetta), and a Mediterranean concept in New York City, bring decades of experience to the venture. Originally trained in software development and computer science, Rahman was inspired by his father, who opened one of NYC’s first Indian restaurants in the 1980s.
