6 Mix Blending Indian and Mediterranean Flavors in Peachtree Corners
Opening July 1st, 6 Mix will offer comfort food and bold flavors at an affordable price.

A new concept blending Indian and Mediterranean cuisine is coming to Peachtree Corners, with two more locations on the way, owner Marbur Rahman shared with Business Debut. The Peachtree Corners location is planning to open on July 1st at 3230 Medlock Bridge Rd Suite, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092.
The concept, called 6 Mix, is based on the fast-casual build-your-own-bowl format in which guests can customize their dishes or select from preset options on the menu. The name "6 Mix" comes from the six partnering chefs, each representing one of the six nationalities and regions featured in the fusion menu: India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, Lebanon, and Turkey.
The concept is built around three goals, Rahman shared: (1) to bring great comfort food, (2) with distinct flavors, and (3) at an affordable price. Dishes will range from $9–$13. The menu will also include healthy options.
There will be three locations of 6 Mix in the greater Atlanta area by the end of the year if everything goes smoothly. The first is the Peachtree Corners location, opening July 1st. The second will be in Lawrenceville at 1184 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, with a planned opening in mid-August. The third location is planned for Midtown, with the goal of opening at the end of Q4 this year. An exact address is not yet available.
Rahman is a career restaurateur with both fine dining and casual concepts. He owns Sizzling Spices in Woodstock and Gainesville, along with Moon Indian Cuisine in Alpharetta. He also owns a Mediterranean concept in New York City. Trained in software development and computer science, Rahman was brought into the restaurant business by his father, who reportedly opened one of the first Indian restaurants in NYC in the 1970s.
The restaurant will be open six days a week, closed on Sundays, from 11 am – 9 pm, Rahman said. Social media and website links are forthcoming.
