Barcito Sushi — Duluth

Address: 3940 Buford Hwy NE Suite B101, Duluth, GA 30096

Status: Targeting opening in a few weeks (pending permits).

What to expect: Expanded standalone restaurant with about 50 seats, replacing a much smaller prior setup. Includes a sushi bar and separate drink bar.

Menu highlights: Latin-Japanese fusion sushi, ceviche, tacos, and Peruvian-influenced dishes.

Hours: Closed Mondays; additional hours to be announced.

What to expect: Coffee shop centered on music and performance, with events like poetry slams, karaoke, and open mic nights. Includes flexible seating and a private room.

Menu highlights: Espresso drinks, pour-overs, cold brew, and pastries.

Hours: Planned Monday through Saturday.
