Status: Recently opened!
What to expect: Fast-casual Latin bowl concept focused on takeout and delivery with limited seating.
Menu highlights: Customizable bowls with proteins like chicken, salmon, steak and lamb, plus sides like plantains.

Burrito Shak — Cape Coral

Status: Targeting an August 1 opening.
What to expect: Fast-casual coastal Mexican concept with a build-your-own service line; about 45 seats; dine-in, takeout and pickup window available.
Menu highlights: Burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas and nachos with proteins like chicken, steak, ground beef and locally sourced shrimp.

The Dominican Experience — Cape Coral

What to expect: Fast-casual Dominican restaurant with a service line setup; about 24 indoor seats; open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

What to expect: Dual-lane drive-thru coffee concept with walk-up windows and limited outdoor seating.
Menu highlights: Custom coffee drinks, white chocolate mochas, caramel drinks, breakfast sandwiches and baked goods.

- Monday–Friday: 5 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Saturday: 5:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Sunday: 6 a.m. – 7 p.m.
