Banh Mi 135 — Norcross & Doraville

Address: 6110 Oakbrook Pkwy #103, Norcross, GA 30093 & 5175 Buford Hwy NE, Doraville, GA 30340

Status: Targeting a July–August opening in Norcross, with construction expected to begin soon. The Doraville location is expected to open first, within about a month.

What to expect: Fast-casual banh mi shop with counter ordering and limited seating. Designed for quick meals and easy grab-and-go.

Menu highlights: Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches, Vietnamese coffee, sugar cane juice, plus select snacks. A small boba selection is also planned, along with bundle deals like buy-five-get-one-free.

Who’s behind it: Co-owners Minh Le, Tony Le, and Dung “Sushi” Le, who currently operate a Duluth location supported by a central kitchen model.

Social & Scoop — Suwanee

Address: 3130 Mathis Airport Pkwy, Suwanee, GA 30024

Status: Currently under construction, with an opening target of late February or early March.

What to expect: An independent, family-owned dessert shop designed as a welcoming hangout for families and nearby school kids. The location was picked specifically for its proximity to schools and day cares.

Menu highlights: Rolled and scooped ice cream, croissants (five varieties), cakes, cheesecakes, and coffees. The drink focus leans hard into boba—plus milk teas, matcha, and more.

La Ca Vietnamese Coffee House & Street Food — Suwanee

Address: 3370 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd Suite 100, Suwanee, GA 30024

Status: Soft opening very soon.

What to expect: Partial-service café—order and pay at the counter, then staff runs food to the table. Space is a little over 3,000 square feet with a spacious dining room.

Menu highlights: Vietnamese street food and home-style dishes (not a typical pho-forward lineup). Expect clay pot dishes with braised meats (pork belly, ribs, shrimp) served with rice family-style, plus skewers, grilled shrimp, and a variety of snails.

Experience/vibe: Aiming to bring Vietnam-style nightlife energy to the area, including weekend open-mic karaoke. The team may pursue a liquor license in the future.

Hours: Planned every day except Thursday. Late hours are the goal, with hopes to stay open until midnight on weekends (staffing dependent).

Wings & Seafood 102 — Grayson

Address: 1711 Athens Hwy Suite 400, Grayson, GA 30017

Status: Targeting an early spring opening—“probably around March,” with April as the latest if approvals drag.

What to expect: Fast-casual with limited dine-in seating, built for strong takeout volume. Wings are the anchor, but seafood is the other headline.

Menu highlights: Boiled and steamed seafood like crawfish, snow crab, and blue crab, plus oysters and mussels. Also in the mix: po’ boys, burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, and chicken/fish sandwiches.

Hours: Planning to open seven days a week at first, then adjust to demand; daily hours TBD.

Who’s behind it: Owner Kevin Tran, who also operates LA Seafood in Decatur.

Vo’I Lounge and Event Space — Norcross

Address: 1210 Rockbridge Rd NW, Suite J, Norcross, GA 30093

Status: Targeting an opening in the next couple of months, as licensing and permitting move forward.

What to expect: A combined lounge, restaurant, and event space that can be booked for weddings, birthdays, and other celebrations. The layout is planned to flex, including the option to reserve the full venue for bigger events.

Menu highlights: Caribbean cuisine plus a full bar, with an upscale “dinner-and-nightlife” atmosphere as the goal.

Hours: Expected to run 5–6 days a week, with projected hours around noon to 2 a.m. (depending on the day).
