Miami’s new restaurant calendar is packed going from January to early February. From a Guadalajara import in Wynwood to a Coral Way tequila temple and a cozy ramen bar up north, these are the openings worth a spot on your first-visit list.

1) Cotidiano (Wynwood) — Jan 22, 2026

Address: 66 NW 22nd St, Miami, FL 33127
Format: Daytime fast-casual that flips to dinner service. About 150 seats, plus private rooms for meetings and events.
Menu hits: Açaí bowls, chia pudding, croissants, specialty coffee, smoothies, sandwiches, salads, tacos. Dinner will add steak cuts (ribeye, NY strip) and dishes like lasagna, with a full cocktail bar.
Hours: Launching 9 a.m.–5 p.m. daily; expanding to 9 a.m.–11 p.m. with dinner in February.
2) Casa MX (Coral Way) — Jan 24, 2026

Address: 2345 SW 37th Ave, Miami, FL 33145
Format: Full-service Mexican with a full bar, ~100 seats inside and 52 on a covered, dog-friendly patio. On-site parking.
Menu hits: Made-to-order guac, house salsa, tuna tostada, shrimp with black garlic, tuna ceviche with toasted pecan, Maggi, and avocado. Steaks (ribeye, skirt, strip) and larger seafood pastas.
Hours: Tue–Thu 4–10 p.m.; Fri–Sat 11:30 a.m.–11 p.m.; Sun 11:30 a.m.–10 p.m.; closed Mon. Plans to expand to daily lunch and dinner.
3) HEAL (Downtown) — Late January 2026

Address: 2 South Biscayne Blvd, Suite 104, Miami, FL 33131
Format: Counter-service, all-day café; ~50 indoor seats plus outdoor seating. Approachable pricing for daily visits.
Menu hits: Breakfast-forward all day—bowls, specialty coffee, desserts, house-made gelato. On-site coffee roasting and gelato production. Options that are dairy-free, gluten-free, and sugar-free. Pistachio features across lattes, desserts, and gelato.
Hours: Daily 7:30 a.m.–8 p.m.
4) Tata’s Yogurt Bar (Coconut Grove) — Early February 2026
Address: 2992 McFarlane Rd, Miami, FL 33133
Format: Counter-service, grab-and-go with indoor booths and tables; potential outdoor seating pending approval.
Menu hits: House-made Greek frozen yogurt sweetened with honey (no added sugar). Signature: tart base with Greek olive oil, honey, and Maldon sea salt. Plus yogurt bowls, overnight oats, chia pudding, smoothies, coffee, matcha, baked goods, and fresh coconuts.
Hours: Targeting Tue–Sun, ~9 a.m.–9 p.m., closed Mon.
5) Zuru Ramen Bar (North Miami Beach) — January 2026

Format: Intimate full-service ramen bar, ~25 seats, designed for relaxed meals.
Menu hits: Tonkotsu ramen with pork broth cooked 18 hours; chicken-broth option. Japanese street-food staples like gyoza, takoyaki, and onigiri.
