Small’s Sliders — Marietta [added Feb. 2026]
Address: 2355 Windy Hill Rd, Marietta, GA 30067
Status: Targeting early March opening; hiring GM and ~50 staff.
What to expect: Bright orange “can” on an outparcel near Windy Hill Rd & Cobb Pkwy; patio finishing up; high-traffic corner.
Menu highlights: Cheeseburger sliders, shakes, seasoned waffle fries—tight, “craveable” menu built for repeat visits.
Who’s behind it: Franchisee Rocky Moore; additional locations planned in Warner Robins, Acworth, and Hickory Flat, with growth along I-75/I-575 into central Georgia.
Community: “Smallstown Hero” program will honor Porch Marietta at the grand opening with a donation.
Asher & Rose Grocers — Marietta Square [added Jan. 2026]
Address: 45 W Park Square, Marietta, GA 30060
Status: Opening January 19.
What to expect: Specialty grocer first, with counter-service café and full bar; grocery/market on one side, café seating on the other; private dining room seats up to 40 plus ~20 café seats.
Menu highlights: In-house butcher, bakery, prepared foods; local produce and meats; seafood and boutique grocery items; gluten-free breads, pastas, and pizza crusts; select carryovers from Piastra, with some items shifting to grab-and-go and frozen.
Hours: Daily 7 a.m.–9 p.m.; breakfast 7–10:30 a.m., then all-day menu.
Who’s behind it: Owner Greg Lipman with mother Betty Bahl; converting their former restaurant, Piastra, into the new concept.
Graze Craze — Smyrna [added Jan. 2026]
Address: 3599 Atlanta Rd SE, Suite 7, Smyrna, GA 30080
Status: Aiming for February 2026 (no later than mid-month); build-out underway with plumbing and grease trap.
What to expect: Advance and walk-up ordering for charcuterie boards; large on-screen menu; pick-up and delivery; same-day possible for smaller orders.
Menu highlights: Curated boards and grazing spreads for business and personal occasions; strong B2B focus for meetings, staff meals, and corporate gifting; “we celebrate everything” positioning for life events.
Hours: To be announced; after-hours board-building workshops planned (e.g., ladies’ nights, date nights, groups).
Who’s behind it: Franchise owners Julio and Toni Hewitt; space formerly Lynn’s Massage, being redesigned into a kitchen and open lobby.
KBBQ Spot — Marietta [added Dec. 2025]
Opening: Soft-opening now (launched Saturday the 13th).
Address: 3000 Windy Hill Rd SE, Suite 136, Marietta, GA 30067.
What to expect: Korean barbecue boxes built for speed and value—same smoky flavor, but quicker than tradition KBBQ. ~11 box options across beef, pork, and chicken. About $13 per box.
Hours: 11 a.m.–9 p.m.; last orders at 9 p.m.

Taqueria El Guero — Marietta [added Dec. 2025]
Opening: Hoping for year-end; early next year if inspections run longer.
Address: 2200 Roswell Rd, Ste 160–170, Marietta, GA 30062.
What to expect: Weekday counter-service with table assist on weekends; family-friendly setup aligning with sister locations.
Menu highlights: Tacos, tortas, burritos, sopas, and quesadillas. Planned hours: Mon–Fri 10 a.m.–10 p.m.; Sat–Sun 9 a.m.–10 p.m.
Crispina Ristorante & Pizzeria — Vinings [added Dec. 2025]
Opening: Early January (relocating one block away).
Address: 3155 Cobb Pkwy SE, Suite 130, Atlanta (Vinings), GA 30339.
What to expect: Larger dining room and patio (~100 seats combined), doubled bar (12–16 seats), bigger kitchen and walk-in, plus a new Italian wood-burning brick oven.
Menu highlights: Added risotti; Chilean sea bass or branzino; expanded grilled meats; return of octopus salad; brunch continues. Open seven days.
Paige’s Bistro — Smyrna [added Dec. 2025]
Address: 4924 S Cobb Dr SE, Suite M, Smyrna, GA 30080.
What to expect: American with a Cajun twist; no dine-in seating. Desserts baked in-house.
Menu highlights: Jacked Up on Mac burger; red velvet chicken & waffles.
Background: Bakery (2019) → food truck (2020) → Austell restaurant (2022); Smyrna becomes storefront #2.
Ay Caramba Mexican Restaurant & Cantina — Smyrna [added Nov. 2025]
Opening: Grand opening December 6, 2025 at: 1080 Windy Hill Rd SE, Smyrna, GA 30080
What to expect: 250 seats across main dining, a bar with high-tops/booths, and a 12-table patio. Live music, karaoke, and sports on a 150-inch LED wall. Photo-forward design with neon, LEDs, and a floral swing.
Menu & drinks: Tex-Mex and upscale entrées—fajitas, nachos, calamari, ribeye, salmon, seafood. Fresh-fruit margaritas (strawberry, guava, mango, pineapple, hibiscus) with real lime juice. Tequila flights on LED airplane trays and “treasure box” shots.
Hours: Mon–Wed 11 a.m.–10 p.m.; Thu 11 a.m.–12 a.m.; Fri–Sat 11 a.m.–3 a.m.; Sun 11 a.m.–12 a.m.
2) Lume Coffee Co. — Smyrna [added Nov. 2025]
Opening: Targeting late January 2026 (permits + espresso machine arrival) at: 2874 King St SE, Suite D, Smyrna, GA 30080
What to expect: Counter-service neighborhood café with ~20 indoor seats and a small patio. Classic espresso drinks with house-made syrups, plus matcha lattes, matcha lemonade, chai, and hot teas. Local pastries with vegan and gluten-free options.
Menu & vision: Bright, uplifting space with banquette and standing tables. Fan favorites include caramel lattes, matcha lemonade, and gooey yeast-based cinnamon rolls. Coffee program is being guided by Q-Grader Justin Brostek (Storyteller Goods)
Hours: Daily 6:30 a.m.–4 p.m.

3) Smash Hit Burgers — Kennesaw [added Nov. 2025]
Opening: Targeting February 1, 2026 (permitting dependent) at the former The Nest site, 2921 Cherokee St NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144
What to expect: Two-building layout with a shared patio featuring a retractable roof, heaters, and fans. One building is full-service with beer/wine; the other is a to-go kitchen and milkshake bar. Pre-opening patio pop-ups with a food truck and live music begin in November.
Menu & vision: Classic and specialty smash burgers (Cuban and cheesesteak smashes), a chicken-finger lineup with ~8 sauces, plus vegan and gluten-free options. Brand continues operating two mobile units for festivals and accounts.

4) Bolivar Coffee (Second Location) — Marietta [added Nov. 2025]
Opening: Targeting January or February (permit-dependent) at: 1651 Powder Springs Rd, Suite 112, Marietta, GA
What to expect: 3,000-sq-ft “five-star coffee shop” with counter service, scratch-made food, and family-run hospitality. Fenced indoor kids’ play area so parents can relax or work.
Menu & vision: No microwave—everything from scratch. Breakfast includes Colombian-style eggs with hogao and arepa, plus the El Mañanero sandwich. House pesto and mayo with imported Parmigiano-Reggiano. Additional Colombian dishes to roll out with the larger kitchen.
Hours: Mon–Fri 7 a.m.–6 p.m.; Sat–Sun 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

5) Vesuvio Pizzeria Napoletana (Second Location) — Powder Springs [added Nov. 2025]
Opening: Early January 2026 (pending final construction permits) at: 4469 Marietta St, Powder Springs, GA 30127
What to expect: Wood-fired, Napolitana pizzas with ingredients imported from Italy. The oven and ~90 ingredients are imported, mirroring the Kennesaw original.
Menu highlights: Margherita; spicy Diavola with salami, pepperoni, sausage; bruschetta with burrata. Fresh salads, charcuterie bowls, and Italian gelato from a new multi-flavor case. Beer and Italian wines; no liquor.
Background: Massimo and Lindsay Andreozzi opened the Kennesaw location in Jan 2022. Strong city support helped green-light Powder Springs.

Vesuvio Pizzeria Napoletana — Powder Springs [added Sept. 2025]
Address: 4469 Marietta St, Powder Springs, GA 30127
Status: Aiming for early January 2026, pending final construction permits.
What to expect: Counter service with seating for 70–80 in downtown Powder Springs. Family-run spot with a neighborhood vibe.
Menu highlights: Wood-fired Neapolitan pies with imported Italian ingredients; Margherita, Diavola (salami, pepperoni, sausage), bruschetta with burrata. Fresh salads, charcuterie bowls, and Italian gelato from a new display case. Beer and Italian wines; no liquor.
Hours: Lunch and dinner six days a week (final schedule TBD).
Who’s behind it: Owners Massimo and Lindsay Andreozzi, expanding from their thriving Kennesaw location.
Beyond Juicery + Eatery – East Cobb [added June 2025]

Status: Lease signed; full renovation of former GameStop. Targeting opening within six months.
What to expect: Healthy fast-casual with smoothies, bowls, wraps, and salads. East Cobb is one of the first five planned Atlanta-area units.

Get Fruity Cafe — Smyrna [added May 2025]

Status: Opening May 28.
What to expect: Health-forward café serving wraps, fruit salads, smoothies, and more. Fourth metro-Atlanta location for the brand.

Hours: Mon–Sat 8:30 a.m.–8 p.m.; Sun 10 a.m.–7 p.m.

VN Sandwich — Smyrna [added May 2025]
Address: 821 Concord Rd SE, Suite F, Smyrna, GA 30080
Status: Planning to open as soon as mid-June.
What to expect: Casual Vietnamese spot taking over the former Wings Cafe & Deli near Burger Crush.
Menu highlights: Banh mi, pho, and boba tea.

Who’s behind it: Ownership confirmed the opening plans; social accounts and website forthcoming.
Ruby’s Coffee and Cream — Smyrna [added May 2025]
Address: 1625 Roswell St SE, Suite 300, Smyrna, GA 30080
Status: Anticipated to open in about a month, pending final prep.
What to expect: Walk-up kiosk facing The Five’s courtyard from the team behind Ruby’s Sourdough Pizza. Simple, quality-driven menu.
Menu highlights: Specialty coffee (from local roasters Rev Coffee and Firelight Coffee), sourdough breakfast sandwiches, and soft-serve ice cream.
Hours: Daily from 7 a.m. into the evening, matching Ruby’s Sourdough schedule.
