The OG Asian Eatery — Pineville

Address: 16010 Centrum Pkwy, Suite I, Pineville, NC 28134

Opening timeline: Targeting late November, pending final approvals and a mid-November health inspection.

Concept: All-you-can-eat, order-from-the-menu sushi with table delivery and smaller portions (max five rolls per round).

Experience: 19 tables, three private KTV rooms, 10–12 seat sushi bar, and robot runners.

Hours (planned): Lunch daily 11:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.; Dinner Sun–Thu 4:30–9 p.m., Fri–Sat 4:30–10 p.m. Last seating 15 minutes before close.

What to expect: Full-service specialty food store with butcher shop, chef’s case, extensive prepared foods, and ~110 seats.

Restaurant service: Breakfast, lunch, dinner; wine-bar vibe in the evenings with reservations. Build-your-own salads at lunch, plus pastas, steaks, sandwiches, salads, and wraps.

Extras: Coffee bar up front and a robust gift-basket program.

Mariah’s Taco Spot — NoDa (Charlotte)

Status: Opening soon; exact timeline not available.

Concept: Fast-casual, 32 seats in 1,428 sq. ft. Limited tequila selection, crafted margaritas, and bottled beer.

Menu highlights: Oxtail Tacos, taco-and-wing combos, nachos, and new desserts like strawberry-crunch churros and cookies. Weekly DJ events planned.

Operations: Planning to open six days a week starting around 11 a.m.; food truck continues post-launch.
