Status: Targeting mid-May opening.
What to expect: Fast-casual deli taking over a former Smoothie King with a drive-thru and streamlined service.
Menu highlights: Hot and cold sandwiches including roast beef, corned beef, the “Mambo Italian,” and the “Goat Father.” Strong focus on salads and high-protein options.

Unnamed Caribbean Fusion Concept — Concord

Status: Targeting late June to early July opening.
What to expect: Full-service Caribbean fusion restaurant with lounge atmosphere, indoor seating, and patio.
Menu highlights: Jamaican, Puerto Rican, and Honduran influences. Full bar with cocktails and specialty drinks.
