- Paige’s Bistro — Smyrna
Opening: Now open (soft-open the week of January 11, 2026) at 4924 S Cobb Dr SE, Ste M, Smyrna, GA 30080.
What to expect: A takeout-only kitchen from Craig and Paige Bailey, built around “American with a Cajun twist.” The Smyrna spot extends the brand’s bakery roots into a full savory menu with no dine-in seating. It’s a quick stop for hearty plates and desserts made in-house.
Menu: Signature items include the Jacked Up on Mac burger and the red velvet chicken & waffles, alongside rotating comfort favorites. The bakery program continues with cakes, cheesecakes, and cupcakes. Hours are TBA.

- Asher & Rose Grocers — Marietta
Opening: Planning to open very soon at 45 W Park Square, Marietta, GA 30060.
What to expect: A specialty grocer first, with a counter-service cafe and a full bar. One side is market and grocery; the other offers cafe seating, plus a private dining room that seats up to 40. Think everyday staples, prepared foods, and a neighborhood hangout under one roof.
Menu & program: In-house production is the core—butcher, bakery, and a robust prepared foods lineup. Expect local produce and meats, seafood, and a curated set of boutique grocery finds. Gluten-free breads, pastas, and pizza crusts continue the legacy from Piastra.
Hours: Planned daily 7 a.m.–9 p.m.; breakfast 7–10:30 a.m.

- Small’s Sliders — Marietta
Opening: Targeting early March 2026 at 2355 Windy Hill Rd, Marietta, GA 30067.
What to expect: The bright orange shipping-container “can” is already on site, with patio setup underway at a high-traffic corner near Windy Hill Road and Cobb Parkway. It’s a compact, drive-up friendly build built for speed and repetition. Hiring is underway for a team of about 50.
Menu & vision: A tight lineup—cheeseburger sliders, shakes, and seasoned waffle fries—designed to be “craveable” and consistent. The franchise group is eyeing additional locations in Warner Robins, Acworth, and Hickory Flat, with longer-range growth along I-75 and I-575.
The Marietta opening will also spotlight Porch Marietta through the Smallstown Hero program, recognizing a local organization making a large community impact.
- Graze Craze — Smyrna
Opening: Planned for February 2026 at 3599 Atlanta Rd SE, Suite 7, Smyrna, GA 30080.
What to expect: A charcuterie-focused shop built for advance orders and walk-ups, with a visible menu screen, POS counter, and efficient pickup flow. Build-out includes plumbing and a grease trap as the space converts to a production kitchen and lobby. Same-day fulfillment is possible for smaller boards, with larger orders scheduled ahead.
Menu & vision: Curated boards and grazing spreads aimed at both corporate and personal gatherings, with an estimated 70% B2B mix. Expect offerings for board meetings, employee appreciation, workshops, showers, birthdays, and more. After-hours workshops are planned, including ladies’ nights, date nights, and group classes.
