Recently opened in Bonita Springs at 2025 at 28811 S Tamiami Trl, Ste 5, Bonita Springs, FL 34134.

What to expect: Fast-casual sandwich shop with about 30 seats total inside and outside, geared for quick dine-in and takeout.

Menu & drinks: Philadelphia-style cheesesteaks with steak, cheese, and rolls shipped from Philly, plus chicken cheesesteaks and dumplings in flavors like cheesesteak, pizza cheesesteak, buffalo chicken, broccoli–cheese, and cheeseburger.

Hours: Wed–Sat 11 a.m.–6 p.m.; Sun 11 a.m.–4 p.m.; closed Mon–Tue; or until sold out.

Savage Skillet — Bokeelia

Opening: Soft opening December 2, 2025 at 5110 Pine Island Rd #140, Bokeelia, FL 33922.

What to expect: Breakfast-and-brunch concept with beer and wine, seating for up to 50, and a modern green, gold, black, and white interior with plans to test a later lunch/early dinner window.

Menu & drinks: Elevated brunch plates, handcrafted coffee drinks, a standout cinnamon roll with rotating toppings, and fusion touches from South African and Cuban influences.

Hours: Seven days a week; specific times to be announced.

The Roast & Rush Society — Fort Myers

Opening: Targeting late 2025 or mid-January 2026 at 8156 Alico Rd, Unit 10, Fort Myers, FL 33912.

What to expect: Hybrid coffee and botanical tea lounge blending European café culture with a late-night social vibe, lounge seating for about 50–60, and occasional DJs or live music.

Menu & drinks: Specialty coffee roasted in-house, botanical teas including kratom and kava, and a light food lineup of warm sandwiches, personal pizzas, and pastries from Naples bakeries Mickelson’s and Angelic’s Desserts.

Big Nick's BBQ — Cape Coral

Opening: Targeting December 2025 at 4720 SE 9th Pl, Ste 200, Cape Coral, FL 33904.

What to expect: Fast-casual counter-service barbecue with around 48 seats including a 30-seat patio, meats sliced to order, and a sell-out-when-it’s-gone service approach.

Menu & drinks: Smoked-daily brisket, pulled pork, turkey, spare ribs, a smash burger, sides like brisket mac and cheese, baked beans, green beans, coleslaw, fried okra, and scratch desserts with rotating specials; local beer and wine available at this location.
