OVIEDO, FL - 3Natives Acai Cafe is targeting a September 5, 2026, opening at 1807 E. Broadway St., Oviedo, FL 32765 in the Riverside Landings Publix shopping center, co-owner Haley Faucher told Business Debut.

Faucher is opening the location with her husband, Greg Faucher, and her mother, Susan Lopez, bringing the Florida-born healthy fast-casual concept to Oviedo.

What to Expect

The menu will focus on fresh, health-forward items including acai bowls, smoothies, juices, salads, wraps, bagels and toast. Faucher said the brand’s acai bowls are the top seller, with guests able to choose from preset options or build their own with bases such as acai, spirulina and dragon fruit, then add fruit, granola, peanut butter and other toppings.

The restaurant will operate as a quick-service, fast-casual concept. Guests will order at the counter, and the team is aiming to prepare acai bowls in about a minute, while wraps, sandwiches and salads will take a bit longer.

Faucher said she and her family have been fans of 3Natives for years, dating back to the brand’s early days in Tequesta. “We really want to serve the athletic community here with fresher, healthier options, especially with all the nearby sports fields and schools,” she told Business Debut.

3Natives was founded by franchisor Anthony Bambino in Tequesta about 13 years ago and later expanded into franchising, Faucher told Business Debut. She said the Oviedo cafe will be her first location with the brand, with plans to grow from there.

The family-run location will also have a hands-on approach. Faucher said she and Lopez will be owner-operators working in the cafe day to day, while Greg Faucher, a licensed architect, handled the design and will support operations.

Opening Timeline

The team is targeting September 5, 2026, for a grand opening, though Faucher said they are hoping to open sooner if construction allows.

Hours

The cafe is expected to be open seven days a week, with planned hours of 8 a.m.—8 p.m.
