CONCORD, NC — 360 Wine and Spirits, a new wine bar from owner Timothy Degree, is targeting a second-week-of-June opening at 30 Concord Commons Pl SW, Concord, NC 28027. Degree, a retired Air Force veteran, told Business Debut the concept will focus on wine, spirits and a neighborhood bar atmosphere.
What to Expect
360 Wine and Spirits will be a wine bar with tables, chairs, bar seating and several TVs. The roughly 1,200-square-foot space is expected to accommodate about 60 to 70 guests, Degree told Business Debut.
Degree said the space will have the feel of a neighborhood wine tasting, with seating for guests to gather for after-work drinks and weekend visits.
Menu and Vision
The menu will focus on wine and spirits, with light appetizers and small bites available to pair with different wines. Degree told Business Debut the food program will be limited, with the bar centered on drinks and the overall wine bar experience.
Degree previously owned a lounge and is returning to the hospitality space with 360 Wine and Spirits. He told Business Debut he is also a retired Air Force veteran.
Opening Timeline
360 Wine and Spirits is targeting the second week of June for its opening. The business is currently in the renovation phase, with additional setup work underway, Degree told Business Debut.
