320 The Table Opening in Crystal River
The new breakfast-and-lunch spot will also feature a coffee and dessert lounge.
CRYSTAL RIVER, FL — 320 The Table, a new family-style restaurant from owners Steven and Amber Swartz, is converting the former Women’s Club at 320 N Citrus Ave, Crystal River, FL 34428 into a full-service breakfast-and-lunch spot with a dedicated coffee and dessert lounge, targeting an early 2026 opening, the owners told Business Debut.
The roughly 2,400-square-foot meeting hall is being reworked to accommodate a commercial kitchen and a multi-zone dining room.
What to Expect
The space will be divided into two primary areas: a traditional dining room for table service and a lounge-style coffee side that functions almost like its own café. Guests will be able to sit for a full meal or stop in just for coffee, desserts or soft serve.
Inside the dining room, the Swartzes plan to use half walls, planters, hutches and china cabinets to create several semi-separated sections. Each section will have its own theme, such as a tea room motif or a soda-themed area with vintage-style memorabilia.
“We are planning an antique café feel, with different themed sections separated by partitions and hutches,” Amber Swartz told Business Debut.
Menu and Vision
320 The Table is planned as a full-service family restaurant offering breakfast and lunch, with breakfast available all day. The menu will focus on classic comfort food, reflecting a traditional Southern-leaning diner-style approach.
The coffee side will feature specialty coffee drinks, desserts, soft serve ice cream and boba beverages. Guests using the lounge side will be able to sit in the café area or move deeper into the building once the main dining room has transitioned away from foodservice for the day.
Opening Timeline
The project is in the early stages of converting a noncommercial kitchen into a full commercial setup and coordinating plumbing and other infrastructure upgrades. 320 The Table is targeting an early 2026 opening, with a specific date to be announced as construction progresses.
Hours
The Swartzes plan to open seven days a week. Current plans call for breakfast service beginning around 7 a.m., with full-service breakfast and lunch offered through the early afternoon.
After lunch, the main restaurant area will close while the coffee and dessert lounge remains open into the evening. Exact opening and closing times are to be announced.
Follow for More
An official website and social media accounts are to be announced. The owners plan to share updates on construction progress, opening dates and menu details once those channels are live.
