Cafe Le Bon

Cafe Le Bon is targeting an end-of-January 2026 opening at 43–45 Park Square Ct. The Lebanese coffee and café concept is in the final phase of construction, with training still ahead before opening.
The space is designed for dine-in, with counter ordering, a bar and kitchen, indoor seating, plus outdoor seating in front and along the alley. The menu will blend Lebanese coffee culture with Lebanese, French, and American influences.
Lebanese sweets like baklava and kunafa will anchor the food offering, alongside Turkish coffee and flavors inspired by Lebanese ingredients. Owner Margo Shaib says the café is also rooted in a larger mission, with plans to create employment opportunities for people with special needs.
Stoner’s Pizza

Stoner’s Pizza is under construction at 580 E. Crossville Rd., Suite 340, with an early 2025 opening targeted once permits and build-out are complete.
The Roswell shop will follow the brand’s takeout-and-delivery-only model, with counter service and orders handled in-store or through delivery platforms like Uber Eats and Grubhub. The menu and operations will mirror other Stoner’s locations.
Known for its smoked (not fried) wings, the brand also offers classic pizzas, hoagies, and wedges. This marks franchise owner Kolt Kittredge’s first restaurant, with plans to expand further in North Fulton after launch.
D'Cuban Cafe

D’Cuban Cafe is preparing to open its fourth location soon at 1007 Alpharetta St. in Roswell.
The fast-casual Cuban café will offer about 45 seats, plus a sizable outdoor patio. Orders will be placed at the counter and delivered to the table, with online and app ordering also available.
The menu includes Cuban empanadas, Miami-style sandwiches, bowls with rice, beans, and plantains, and Cuban coffee—the brand’s best seller. The Roswell location continues D’Cuban Cafe’s steady expansion across metro Atlanta since its original Buford Highway opening in 2014.
