3 New Restaurants Coming To Carabbus County

Three concepts are in the pipeline for Cabarrus County: a breakfast-and-brunch staple, a wood-fired pizzeria, and a new Asian fusion spot with a bar. Opening dates are still developing, but locations and key details are set.

Brixx Wood Fired Pizza (Concord)

Where it’s going: 9620 Christenbury Pkwy, Concord, NC 28027. Franchisee Mahi Boyana shared the location with Business Debut.

Status & timing: The team has not provided an opening timeline yet, and we’re awaiting additional details from Brixx.

What to expect: Guests can look for the Brixx playbook—wood-fired pizzas and the brand’s casual, family-friendly setting—once timing is set.

Another Broken Egg Cafe (Concord)

Where it’s going: 2420 Herrons Nest Pl NW, Concord, NC 28027. Franchisee Daniel Morman confirmed the project to Business Debut, and a permit filing lists this address.

Status & timing: An opening date has not been announced. Morman connected us with his PR representative, and updates will follow as plans finalize.

What to expect: The brand focuses on full-service breakfast, brunch, and lunch, with a footprint across the Southeast. Expect the familiar daytime-dining format once doors open.

Fusion House (Harrisburg)

Where it’s going: 7300 Caldwell Rd, Harrisburg, NC 28075. Owner Roy Huang says construction is underway as the team prepares to open seven days a week.

Status & timing: The target is late January or early February, pending buildout progress. The restaurant spans roughly 2,400 square feet and will operate without a midday break.

Menu & service: Fusion House will run as a full-service Asian fusion restaurant with a beer-and-wine bar. The menu will feature sushi, ramen, poke bowls, bubble tea, and hibachi chicken and beef.

Hours (planned): Daily, 11 a.m.–10 p.m. Huang and partners also operate Bonchon and Teriyaki Express in Charlotte.
