What to expect: Ice cream-focused concept anchored within a larger outdoor food truck park. Designed as a relaxed hangout with seating, pergola space, and multiple vendors.

Menu highlights: Ice cream flavors like butter pecan bourbon and blackberry bliss, plus milkshakes, shaved ice, and fresh lemonades. Custom mix-ins include cereals and fruit.

Hours: Ice cream trailer expected to run until around 10 p.m.; food truck vendors may operate later.
