Fly Chef Restaurant — Peachtree Corners
Address: 3380 Holcomb Bridge Rd, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092
Status: Moving into the new location in four to six weeks.
What to expect: Fly Chef Restaurant is relocating to a larger Peachtree Corners space that will allow the business to serve bigger crowds, add event space and expand catering services.
Space details: The current Spaulding Drive location seats about 60 guests. The new Holcomb Bridge Road restaurant is expected to seat around 150.
Menu highlights: The menu, concept and atmosphere will remain the same. Expect Nigerian and Jamaican-style dishes such as oxtails, suya, seafood okra, smothered turkey wings and more.
What’s next: The Spaulding Drive restaurant remains open for now. Plans for that space have not been finalized.

Brick City Ice Cream Bar & Grill — Duluth
Address: 1950 Satellite Blvd Ste 700, Duluth, GA 30097
Status: Targeting a July opening.
What to expect: New Jersey-inspired bar and grill with classic ice cream, alcoholic ice cream beverages and a menu built around northern comfort foods. The space will include two large bar areas, including one that combines the main bar with an ice cream counter near the entrance.
Menu highlights: Italian hot dogs, Italian cheesesteaks and dishes influenced by New Jersey’s Italian American food culture. The sandwiches will use a specialty Italian pizza roll-style bread, which the team worked to source locally in Georgia.
Ice cream highlights: The ice cream area will use a cold-stone-style setup. Guests will be able to choose mix-ins and watch staff blend the selections on a chilled surface.
Space details: One bar will face an open kitchen, giving guests a view of the cooking process.

Sugarphin — Duluth
Address: 3350 Steve Reynolds Blvd, Duluth, GA 30096
Status: Targeting a fall opening.
What to expect: Full-service restaurant and café-style social gathering place designed with a trendy, upscale feel at a reasonable price point. The concept is aimed at young people looking for a place to meet, hang out and enjoy drinks, desserts and light food.
Menu highlights: Asian street food-style finger foods with Japanese, Vietnamese and Korean influences. The menu will also include drinks and desserts, with a dessert bar-style focus.
Drink program: Owner Duc Tran described the concept as a “treat bar” rather than an alcohol bar, with cool, trendy nonalcoholic drinks planned.
Space details: Sugarphin will occupy about 3,400 square feet.
