1) Juici Patties — Palm Bay (mid-December target)

Address: 1153 Malabar Rd, Palm Bay, FL 32907.

Opening timeline: Targeting mid-December

Menu: Jamaican juici patties with beef, chicken, shrimp, vegetable, and vegan patties; coco bread; juices. Operation will be primarily baked, not fried.

Team & Hours: 6–14 employees planned. Standard franchise hours run ~9 a.m.–7 p.m., seven days; Palm Bay’s final hours are TBA.

Footprint: ~1,400 sq. ft. with ample parking.

2) Eggs Up Grill — Cocoa Beach (mid-December target)

Address: 2023 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931.

Opening timeline: Targeting mid-December

Space & Seating: ~4,200 sq. ft.; ~146 seats with a 10–12 person private room; breakfast bar facing the open kitchen.

Menu & Drinks: All-day breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Mimosas planned; evaluating a stronger breakfast-cocktail lineup.

Status & Hours: Construction in final phase; daily hours TBA.

3) Lynora’s — Melbourne (New Year’s Eve target)

Address: 529 E New Haven Ave, Melbourne, FL 32901.

Opening timeline: Aiming for New Year’s Eve opening (as of 9/30/2

Seating & Hours: ~130 seats. Planned hours: 11 a.m.–10 p.m. weekdays and until 11 p.m. on weekends, seven days a week.

Menu: Full-service Italian—beef short rib genovese, vitello piccata, snapper Lynora, pizzas like cacio e pepe and wild shroom & ham, plus house-made pastas. Full liquor; Meatball Mondays and brunch returning.
