25th & Liberty Food Truck Depot Opening in Winston-Salem
A new food truck park and bar will host their first even on November 15th.
WINSTON-SALEM, NC — 25th & Liberty Food Truck Depot, a new indoor-outdoor food truck court from owner Phillip Baker, is targeting a November 15, 2025 opening at 2500 N Liberty St, Winston-Salem, NC 27105, he told Business Debut.
What to Expect
The depot will host five to seven rotating food trucks, with patio seating outside and an indoor space for dining, TVs, and music. A soft-opening festival is planned for November 15–16 with five to six trucks and a DJ. “We want people to sit down and eat it hot, not just grab and go,” Baker told Business Debut.
Menu and Vision
Food options will vary by participating trucks, with a goal of offering multiple cuisines at once for lunch, dinner, and late night. Baker said the project is designed for convenience and variety near downtown and highway access. “You’ve got the traffic here—come with a crew and choose from six or seven different trucks,” he told Business Debut.
Amenities and Operations
Trucks will have access to overnight parking slots with security cameras, on-site grease containers, dumpsters, freshwater hookups, and Wi-Fi extenders for ordering platforms. Indoor seating adjoins a bar area; the bar is planned to be fully stocked after ABC approvals. For the November 15–16 event, the team plans to offer mocktails, water, and juices.
Opening Timeline
Renovations are underway at the former car lot site, with the parking area converted to truck bays. Their soft opening event is scheduled for November 15–16. Full bar service will begin after permitting is complete; a specific date is to be announced.
Hours
Depot operating hours are planned for 10 a.m. – 2 a.m. daily. Individual truck hours may vary by vendor and event schedule.
