2 Restaurants Opening in Santa Rosa County
Here's a quick look at two developments between Navarre and Milton.
So far, we've uncovered two new concepts you should know are coming to Santa Rosa County. The first is Beignets and Brew, which has a growing presence in Florida already, with locations in Orlando, Tallahassee and several others on the Panhandle.
The second is Bar-Celona, a Spanish tapas restaurant from what we're able to tell. Read more below.
Beignets and Brew – Navarre
Beignets and Brew is building out at 10068 Navarre Pkwy, A106, Navarre, FL 32566. Franchisee Latoya Hart says the café is aiming for a December opening.
Count on fresh, hot beignets, dialed-in espresso drinks, and a few savory staples.
Hearty bites like chicken & beignets and honey butter chicken croissants.

Bar-Celona – Pace/Milton
Bar-Celona is a new Spanish tapas concept that appears to be underway in Pace/Milton at: 5642 Woodbine Rd, Milton, FL 32571. Business Debut noticed the concept in some restaurant related state filings, but then came across the Facebook page.
We've reached out a few times to confirm details like an opening date and more concrete facts on the menu, but we haven't heard back.
From the page, we can that they're promising a tapas bar and restaurant with "Tapas brought to you from Spain." We will update this should more information come to light.
