Good Neighbor Cafe
CAPE CANAVERAL, FL – Good Neighbor Cafe is targeting a June 1 opening at 6290 N Atlantic Ave, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920, where owner Sofia Ross plans to introduce a neighborhood coffee shop designed for both locals and visitors near the cruise port. Ross told Business Debut the concept is meant to feel like “the neighborhood’s living room,” offering specialty coffee drinks, house-made baked goods, and a relaxed place to gather.
Wing It
INDIAN HARBOUR BEACH, FL — Wing It is now open at 660 E Eau Gallie Blvd Unit 103, Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937, bringing a fast-casual wing concept from owners Arsene Torres and Laury Labussiere. Torres told Business Debut the restaurant recently completed a soft opening and is now officially open to the public.

Alma Matcha
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Alma Matcha is targeting a late March opening at 701 NW 5th Ave. #1011, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311, with founders Jessica Binder and Tamir Terrell aiming for a grand opening around March 29, pending final permitting. The concept grew from an online retailer and community pop-up into a permanent cafe centered on matcha, ritual and education, Binder and Terrell told Business Debut.

The Litty Kitty
NAPLES, FL – The Litty Kitty, a new neighborhood bar concept from Jamy Donnelly and partners Sandra Kissel and Marc During, is targeting a May 1 opening at 5023 Tamiami Trl E, Naples, FL 34113. Donnelly told Business Debut the concept is designed as a relaxed, community-focused bar with retro entertainment, simple bar food, and a strong welcome for hospitality workers and first responders.

Kappuccinos Breakfast & Sport Bar
JACKSONVILLE, FL – Kappuccinos Breakfast & Sport Bar is preparing to open at 11257 Alta Dr Suite 401, Jacksonville, FL 32226, with owners Keith and Catherine Jones targeting a late spring to early summer debut. Renovations are currently underway as the team moves through interior construction and equipment installation.

Sunny’s Cafe
VERO BEACH, FL – A new cozy coffee destination is coming soon to West Vero. Sunny’s Cafe, managed by daughter-father duo Sunny and Lenny Siegel, is planned to open at 8718 20th St, Vero Beach, FL 32966. According to Sunny, who spoke with Business Debut, they expect to open in late March 2026.

Coffee Rush
CAPE CORAL, FL – Coffee Rush is preparing to open its second Florida location at 1189 SW Pine Island Rd., Cape Coral, FL 33991, targeting a late May or early June opening, owner Tessa Yost told Business Debut. The drive-thru coffee concept originated in Oregon and is now expanding across Southwest Florida as the brand grows beyond its Pacific Northwest roots.
The Dominican Experience
CAPE CORAL, FL – The Dominican Experience is targeting an April 11 opening at 122 Chiquita Blvd. S, Unit 3, Cape Coral, FL 33991. Owner Arthur Sanchez told Business Debut the restaurant plans to open at 6 a.m. and will bring authentic Dominican cuisine to the Cape Coral community.

Doner Shack
TALLAHASSEE, FL – Doner Shack, a United Kingdom-based shawarma franchise with more than 140 locations worldwide, is preparing to open its first U.S. restaurant at 850 S Gadsden St, Tallahassee, FL 32301. Owner Krish Patel and his wife Aditi Patel are targeting a July 10 opening for the fast-casual concept, Patel told Business Debut.
Pure Green Cascades
TALLAHASSEE, FL – Pure Green Cascades, a science-based smoothie and cold-pressed juice concept, is targeting a late June to early July opening at 414 E Bloxham St Ste 110, Tallahassee, FL 32301. Owner Sylvia El-Helou told Business Debut the shop will offer a menu built around nutrient-dense superfoods designed to support overall health and wellness.

Big Belly's
MADISON, FL – Big Belly’s, a new food trailer from owner Frederick Dawson, is targeting a Monday opening at 123 West Base Street, Madison, FL 32340. Dawson told Business Debut he may begin operating earlier with a soft start as he gets comfortable working in the trailer and preparing the menu for customers. The trailer will primarily be parked at the Madison location while also traveling to events around the county when opportunities arise.

Peach Valley Cafe
OCALA, FL – Peach Valley Cafe is planning a new restaurant at 3535 SW College Road/State Road 200, Ocala, FL 34474, with owner Eric Holm targeting a potential opening later this year once permitting is complete. Holm told Business Debut the timeline will likely be about six months after the building permit is approved, with September being a hopeful target.
Martin County
Baxter’s Doghouse
STUART, FL — Baxter’s Doghouse is targeting a March 26 opening at 1240 NW Federal Highway, Stuart, FL 34994, owner Dr. Michael Slobasky told Business Debut.
The concept combines an off-leash dog park with a tiki bar, live music, food trucks, pickleball, and dog-focused services. Slobasky said the business was created to give local dog owners a place where their pets can play while they relax.
Okaloosa County
Gyros Leo Cafe
MARY ESTHER, FLORIDA – Leo Gyros Cafe is targeting a late March opening at 144 Mary Esther Blvd Unit 17, Mary Esther, FL 32569. Owner Kaan Oz told Business Debut the cafe is aiming to open as soon as March 25, pending final health department and fire inspections, with a grand opening and ribbon cutting potentially moving to March 28.
Pinellas County
Banyan Breeze
NORTH REDINGTON BEACH, FL – Banyan Breeze, a new cafe centered around coffee, tea, and traditional kava drinks, is preparing to open at 16907 Gulf Blvd, North Redington Beach, FL 33708. Owner Hailey Rank told Business Debut the cafe is expected to open within the next couple of weeks as final inspections wrap up.
